QA Analyst / Quality Engineer

## Job Summary The QA Analyst / Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing processes. This role involves collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that the final product meets company standards and user expectations. The position is contractual, with a single opening based in Hyderabad. Applicants are encouraged to apply before the deadline.

## Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications. - Perform manual testing on various platforms and track defects using tools such as Jira and Trello. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and overall user experience. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous product improvements. - Document and report testing outcomes, providing valuable insights to enhance product quality.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a QA Analyst or Quality Engineer role. - Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Development and Manual Testing. - Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Jira Software and Trello for defect tracking and project management. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with automated testing tools. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

## Experience - 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles with hands-on focus on Salesforce applications and user acceptance testing. - Proven track record in managing and executing testing activities in complex software environments.
