## Job Summary As a QA Tester at Exotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues before the product reaches our customers. Your contributions will directly affect the company's reputation for delivering robust, reliable software solutions.

## Responsibilities - Design and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues within the software. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. - Perform regression testing and system integration testing to validate new functionalities. - Develop automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency where possible. - Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning to ensure alignment on quality standards.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proficient in testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with performance and load testing tools. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services.

## Experience - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
