## Job Summary The QE+AI Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of intelligent systems aimed at enhancing software quality, testing automation, and delivery efficiency. This role seeks a candidate with deep expertise in AI/ML technologies combined with hands-on experience in quality assurance and engineering best practices.

## Responsibilities - Architect AI solutions for quality engineering use cases, including intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems. - Design and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and testing frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and establish guardrails. - Lead the development of machine learning models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics. - Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms effectively. - Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles. - Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years specializing in AI/ML architecture. - Proven experience in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps practices. - Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, especially agentic and tool-use patterns. - Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain. - Familiarity with model governance and secure AI development protocols. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Skills - Certifications in AI/ML or Quality Engineering. - Experience with industry standards for AI governance and compliance. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.

## Experience - Minimum of 10-15 years of total experience, with relevant experience in AI/ML architecture and quality engineering.

## Environment - The position offers a Hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work. - Locations available include Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune.
