## Job Summary The React JS Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications using the React JavaScript framework. This role aims to enhance user experience and contribute to the overall success of our digital initiatives.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive user experiences. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.

## Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in web development, specifically with React.js. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design and ensuring high performance across various devices. - Strong understanding of web markup and CSS pre-processors. - Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of additional frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. - Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js) is advantageous. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

## Experience - Candidates with 6 to 9 years of experience can expect a salary budget of 20 LPA (Lakhs per Annum). - Candidates with 9 to 14 years of experience can expect a salary budget of 24 LPA.
