## Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday Recruiting. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and optimize job postings. - Screen and evaluate candidate applications to shortlist suitable candidates. - Facilitate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and interviewers. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and operational performance.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to drive recruitment strategies.
