## Job Summary The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce DevOps processes to ensure smooth Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This role is critical in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring system reliability and performance.

## Responsibilities - Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines. - Manage version control systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab for branching, merging, and release management. - Develop and maintain custom scripts for automation, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. - Ensure best practices for release governance, compliance, and security in Salesforce environments.

## Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps. - Proficiency in GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab. - Expertise in Custom Scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, or equivalent). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., DevOps Center, Copado, or equivalent) are a plus.

## Preferred Skills - Working knowledge of at least one Salesforce DevOps tool: Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, or Flosum. - Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for integration.

## Experience - Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps.

## Environment - Hybrid work mode with opportunities for remote work across PAN India.
