Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer

## Company Overview Mastek is a global leader in providing end-to-end technology solutions, specializing in digital transformation services across various industries.

## Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer to join our team at Mastek. This permanent position is integral to enhancing our Salesforce capabilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our organizational goals.

## Responsibilities - Develop and customize Salesforce applications utilizing APEX, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Kafka, oAuth, and Single Sign-On. - Optimize existing code and implement batch processes, class controllers, and triggers while adhering to Salesforce Governor Limits. - Utilize tools such as Apex Data Loader and Salesforce DX for effective data management. - Maintain strong security protocols and manage Salesforce sharing settings, roles, and profiles. - Use version control/continuous integration tools such as GITLab for collaborative development.

## Qualifications - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience. - Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL. - Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems via various APIs. - Knowledge of Salesforce architecture frameworks, best practices, and business processes. - Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including sharing rules and settings. - Relevant certifications are a plus, including: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD II) - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD I) - Service Cloud Certified Consultant - Sales Cloud Certified Consultant - Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer - Salesforce Certified Admin - Salesforce Platform App Builder

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with Apex Scheduling and Batch processes. - Ability to create and modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across platforms.

## Experience - 8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry with substantial Salesforce-related experience.

## Environment This role is a hybrid position based in Bangalore. Candidates should be open to relocation or traveling as per business needs.

## Salary The estimated salary range for this position is 30-33 LPA.
