## Job Summary The SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development role is designed to leverage the capabilities of SAP BW/4HANA for data modeling and development tasks to enhance data management processes within the organization. The position will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements, create models, and ensure data integrity and accessibility.

## Responsibilities - Design and implement data models using SAP BW/4HANA to support business intelligence needs. - Develop and maintain data extraction processes from various sources into SAP BW/4HANA. - Optimize existing data models and operational processes for performance improvements. - Collaborate with business users to identify reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure data quality and governance throughout the data lifecycle. - Provide support for data analysis and reporting tools integrated with SAP BW/4HANA.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and its modeling capabilities. - Proficient in creating data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide effective solutions. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP HANA database and its functionalities. - Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects or SAP Analytics Cloud. - Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages. - Experience with agile methodologies in project management.

## Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in data modeling and development, specifically with SAP BW or BW/4HANA.

## Environment The position typically operates in an office environment; however, remote work options may be available based on organizational policies. It may also involve collaboration across different teams in various locations.
