## Job Summary The SAP CO Management Accounting role is pivotal in enhancing the organization's financial decision-making processes through effective cost control and planning within the SAP environment. This role is expected to contribute significantly to the optimization of financial performance by providing timely and accurate financial data.

## Responsibilities - Implement and maintain SAP Controlling (CO) modules to support management decision-making processes. - Perform cost analysis to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes into operational workflows. - Prepare detailed reports outlining financial performance and recommendations for improvements.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of SAP CO module functionality and configuration. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. - Familiarity with financial reporting standards.

## Preferred Skills - Certification in SAP CO Management Accounting or related financial certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be advantageous. - Experience with additional SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO) is a plus.

## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a role involving SAP CO.
