## Responsibilities - Facilitate SAFe implementation across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Lead Agile ceremonies such as planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Coach teams in Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project goals and deliverables. - Assist in the development and improvement of Agile practices and tools within the organization.

## Qualifications - Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. - Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions. - Relevant certifications such as Certified SAFe Agilist, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally) is a plus. - Previous experience in a leadership or coaching role may enhance candidacy.
