## Job Summary We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer (SDET) who will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and quality of COS's e-commerce platform. This position involves implementing robust test automation strategies and will significantly contribute to enhancing product quality through well-defined testing processes.

## Responsibilities - Design and maintain automated test suites for web applications. - Define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Write and execute API, UI, and integration tests. - Perform regression testing for releases to ensure consistent quality. - Analyze results, debug failures, and report any defects identified during testing. - Integrate QA practices into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.

## Qualifications - 3 years of experience in automation testing. - Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. - Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer. - Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured. - CI/CD integration experience to support continuous deployment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6. - Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Jest. - Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and best practices.

## Experience - Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in automation testing frameworks.

## Environment - Initial 2–3 weeks onsite in Mumbai, after which the position will be remote. - General shift hours aligned with the IST timezone.
