## Job Summary The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet all defined requirements.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Lead, mentor, manage, and provide technical guidance to a team of developers. - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of responsive, mobile-friendly web applications. - Write code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and the existing library of web components. - Ensure website accessibility and security to protect sensitive data and user information. - Write high-quality, maintainable, and robust frontend code.

## Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. - Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, including a thorough understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and document APIs. - Good understanding of ReactJS, including writing functional components and hooks. - Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process. - Understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, website security, and data privacy best practices. - Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision. - Strong project management skills with an understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Typescript. - Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries.

## Experience - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in web development.
