## Job Summary The Servicenow Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, reflecting the needs and priorities of the organization while ensuring services are aligned with business objectives. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and translating them into technical specifications to enhance the functionality and utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects. - Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Create functional specifications and use cases to clearly define the necessity for enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. - Assist in the implementation and support of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Provide training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding of ServiceNow functionalities. - Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow modules to ensure they meet defined business requirements.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. - Proficient understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and modules. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and methodologies.

## Preferred Skills - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) are preferred. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, particularly within IT or software development environments. - Previous experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms is highly advantageous.
