Servicenow Developer

## Job Summary We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient IT service management (ITSM) solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs. - Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and maintain technical documentation. - Participate in ServiceNow upgrade and patching activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow platforms. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM). - Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

## Preferred Skills - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant certifications. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes. - Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or HR Service Delivery modules. - Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise IT environments.

## Experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role. - Background in ITSM, ITOM, or enterprise application development is highly desirable.

## Environment - Work Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore (in-office). - Full-time position with immediate start. - Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative work setting.
