## Job Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 7-8 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the organization’s efficiency and service delivery capabilities while working in a remote capacity and during US shifts.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules according to customer needs. - Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows and applications. - Interface with project stakeholders to gather and define requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. - Conduct unit testing and ensure quality control of applications.

## Qualifications - 7-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with integrations involving ServiceNow (REST/SOAP). - Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer). - Familiarity with Agile methodology. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

## Experience 7-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.

## Environment - Work setting is remote with a requirement to work during US shifts.

## Salary Budgeted salary of 30 LPA, with potential for extension for technically exceptional candidates.
