## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Synapse and Snowflake professional who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data environments. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data pipelines and data warehouse solutions, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Utilize Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics to manage and analyze large datasets effectively. - Implement and manage ETL processes, ensuring data ingestion and transformation workflows run smoothly. - Design and maintain data architecture, incorporating data modeling and data warehouse best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions and define requirements for data lakes. - Optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot performance issues within existing data pipelines. - Employ Agile methodologies in project execution, contributing to sprints and team objectives.

## Qualifications - 9-12 years of relevant experience in data management, specifically with Synapse and Snowflake. - Proven expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts. - Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage. - Familiarity with data lake medallion architecture and Unified Data Models. - Experience in working with Airflow for workflow orchestration is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. - Proficient in version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD practices.

### Education - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with Databricks is beneficial but not mandatory. - Experience in data integration tools is a plus.

## Experience - Minimum of 9 years of industry experience in data engineering or related fields, ideally with experience in matrix organizations.

## Environment - This position may be based in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Pune and is likely to involve a hybrid work environment.

## Salary - Estimated salary of 25 LPA.
