## Job Summary The Technical Lead - React JS will oversee the development and architecture of front-end applications using React and Next.js. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications while leading a team of developers and facilitating best practices in frontend development.

## Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js. - Mentor and guide team members in the adoption of React, Redux, and Next.js technologies. - Collaborate with backend developers and other stakeholders to integrate APIs effectively. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across various devices and platforms.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in web development with a focus on React.js and Next.js. - Proficient in React, Redux, and Next.js along with modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong understanding of responsive design and user experience (UX) principles. - Experience in frontend architecture and design patterns. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of additional frameworks and libraries such as TypeScript, GraphQL, or CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS). - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. - Ability to work in an Agile environment and knowledge of Scrum methodologies.

## Experience - A minimum of 8 years in frontend development with a proven track record of leadership in technical projects.

## Environment - Work location options include Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Noida. - This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office 2 days a week.
