## Job Summary We are seeking experienced professionals for the Techno functional role in Bangalore with 9 openings. The successful candidate will immediately join our organization to act as the key liaison between technical and functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of business processes with technical solutions. This position plays a critical role in aligning business requirements with technology implementation to achieve organizational goals. Application Deadline: May 30, 2025

## Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives. - Oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of technical solutions. - Provide comprehensive documentation and training to end-users. - Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role. - Solid understanding of business process analysis and systems integration. - Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience in project management methodologies and agile practices.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with advanced enterprise systems and ERP modules. - Familiarity with modern software development practices and frameworks. - Additional certifications in relevant technical or business domains. - Exposure to industry-specific domains to enhance solution relevance.

## Experience - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional role with a strong track record in bridging technical and business requirements.

## Environment - Location: Bangalore - Employment Type: Full-Time - Start Date: Immediately - Operates in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment with opportunities for remote collaboration when necessary.
