## Job Summary The Workday Core Integrations role involves developing and managing integrations between Workday and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. This position is critical in supporting the organization's HR and financial operations, enabling accurate reporting and decision-making.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and external systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues to maintain optimal performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess integration needs. - Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing integration frameworks. - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations during integration processes.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proficiency in Workday integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder). - Strong knowledge of various integration methodologies and technologies (APIs, SOAP, REST). - Experience with programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and Java. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in HRIS systems in addition to Workday. - Familiarity with data transformation and data mapping concepts. - Knowledge of report writing and data analytics.

## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integrations or software development, preferably within an HR or finance setting.
