## Job Summary As a Workday Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Workday solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Your technical expertise will be crucial in facilitating successful integrations and ensuring optimal performance of Workday systems. You will contribute to the organization’s goals by delivering efficient and effective solutions that enhance HR and HCM processes.

## Responsibilities - Implement Workday technical solutions according to client specifications. - Manage integrations between Workday and other systems. - Utilize Workday Studio to develop and maintain custom integrations. - Provide expert guidance on core HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) functionalities within Workday. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday functionalities.

## Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: 3-12 years of experience in Workday technical consulting or related field. - Technical Skills: - Workday technical knowledge - Integrations and APIs - Workday Studio proficiency - Core HR/HCM expertise - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

## Preferred Skills - Experience with additional Workday modules beyond core HR and HCM. - Knowledge of payroll and finance modules within Workday.

## Experience - A minimum of 3 years and up to 12 years of relevant experience in Workday technical consulting.

## Environment - Work location is in Mumbai City, with potential for in-office collaboration.
