Deine Aufgaben

Als Project Manager bei CODEX Partners bist Du für die eigenständige Konzeption und erfolgreiche Steuerung klar strukturierter Projekte und Teilprojekte in verschiedenen Branchen verantwortlich. Hierbei kann es sich sowohl um Strategieentwicklung, operative Aufgabenstellungen als auch um Commercial Due Diligence handeln. Du bist in die Akquisition der Projekte eingebunden und planst die Projekte in Abstimmung mit den Partnern, führst kleine, schlagkräftige Teams und verantwortest eigene Inhalte. Du erarbeitest Lösungen zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen und unseren Klienten. Während der Projekte kommunizierst Du zusammen mit dem Partner fortlaufend mit den Projektleitern auf Kundenseite. Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Produktentwicklung einzelner Themen, wie z.B. die agile Organisation verantwortlich. Dabei bist Du je nach Aufgabenstellung sowohl in unserem Büro in München tätig als auch „vor Ort“ bei unseren Klienten im In- und Ausland. Du lernst während Deiner Tätigkeit bei uns in kurzer Zeit viele Branchen, Unternehmen und Aufgabenstellungen kennen und arbeitest eng mit den Partnern zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Strukturierung und Leitung von Projekten.
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Klienten bei strategischen und operativen Aufgabenstellungen gesammelt.
  • Du bist engagiert und motiviert.
  • Du löst gerne komplexe Aufgabenstellungen und gehst sicher mit Zahlen um.
  • Du legst Wert auf eine hohe Qualität Deiner Arbeit.
  • Du hast einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss.
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Humor.
  • Du sprichst exzellentes Deutsch und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse bzw. sprichst exzellentes Englisch und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung mit den gängigen Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint).
