* Beobachtung und firmeninterne Umsetzung neuer EU-Richtlinien und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Product Compliance

* Laufende Abstimmung mit internationalen Herstellern und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der Produktkonformität

* Einholung, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung relevanter Compliance-Dokumente und Nachweise

* Dokumentation der compliance-relevanten Themen

* Koordination compliance-relevanter Themen mit internen Fachbereichen

* Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Standards für unser Produktsortiment

* Weiterentwicklung der internen Compliance -Prozesse

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit und Fokus

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freude an der Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und administrativen Prozessen

* Erfahrung im administrativen, koordinativen oder assistenznahen Bereich von Vorteil
