Nacimos con el objetivo de generar valor por medio de la búsqueda incesante por la excelencia operacional, intimidad con el cliente e innovación.Estamos en búsqueda de un ASISTENTE DE CONTROLES INTERNOS para integrar al equipo del Centro de Excelencia Votorantim en el área de GENTE & GESTIÓNResponsabilidades y atribucionesBrindar soporte en la actualización de la matriz de riesgos y controles, realizando el seguimiento a los compromisos y acciones definidos para mitigar los riesgos identificados. Atender los requerimientos de GRC relacionados con la segregación de funciones en SAP y Process Control, coordinando las acciones necesarias con las áreas involucradas. Coordinar la atención de auditorías internas y externas, gestionando reuniones, requerimientos de información y seguimiento de compromisos con las áreas responsables.Gestionar la ejecución y el cumplimiento de los controles asociados a LPDP y la revisión de accesos de PA20, asegurando la disponibilidad de las evidencias correspondientes Realizar el seguimiento a la implementación de los planes de acción derivados de auditorías internas y externas, alertando sobre desviaciones o incumplimientos en los plazos establecidos.Monitorear el cumplimiento de las declaraciones de Compliance, coordinando con las áreas responsables las acciones necesarias para asegurar su presentación oportuna.Realizar el seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con accesos a SAP, incluyendo solicitudes de habilitación y desbloqueo de usuarios, en coordinación con los equipos responsables.Gestionar el seguimiento de las autoevaluaciones de controles internos (CSA), monitoreando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la atención de observaciones identificadas. Elaborar reportes de seguimiento a los planes de acción y estatus de auditoría, identificando retrasos o documentación pendiente de atención. Coordinar con las áreas involucradas la atención de requerimientos relacionados con control interno. Otros Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia: 2 años como asistente de auditoria financieraFormación: Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería IndustrialIdioma: Portugués básico (deseable), Inglés básico (deseable) Informática: Nivel intermedio de excel y word, office 365, SAP (deseable)Conocimientos: Buenas prácticas de control interno y/o auditoría financiera (deseable)
