Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Tourismus oder Eventmanagement
  • Vergleichbare Berufserfahrung als Hoteldirektor oder Hotel General Manager
  • Du hast eine offene und verbindliche Persönlichkeit und der geschickte Umgang mit bestehenden und zukünftigen Gästen ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Du bist lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch großes Engagement und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem multikulturellen Umfeld und hast Spaß daran, andere zu motivieren, um gemeinsam etwas zu erreichen.
  • Du bist auch in schwierigen Situationen umsichtig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst als leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber und wahres Organisationstalent unser Hotel
  • Du bist ein motivierter Teamplayer, kannst dich aber in bestimmten Situationen auch in angemessener Weise durchsetzen
  • Du kennst dich optimalerweise mit unserer Hotelsoftware HS3 aus
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption, Housekeeping, Tagungsverkauf und Sales
  • Du bist nicht nur für Mitarbeitende sichtbar, sondern bist gerne auch in deinem Hotel unterwegs und für unsere Gäste da
  • Du bist für die Einhaltung unserer Marken- und Hotelstandards verantwortlich
