Your mission

  • Lead the vision for the product, defining its strategic direction and purpose
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Infrastructure, Design, QA, and Customer Success, to build products that fulfill market needs
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond
  • Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas of improvement, and measure success
  • Ensure that the product aligns with the overall company vision and long-term strategy
  • Provide strong leadership and effective line management by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile teams
  • Proven experience in line management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, software architectures, API design, market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry, supply chain or B2B software solutions
