SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE :

Relevant du Directeur approvisionnement, et principalement assigné à une catégorie d’achats, l’acheteur doit supporter le gestionnaire de catégorie dans l’établissement des stratégies d’acquisitions de services et biens. Le titulaire du poste est autonome et mène principalement des dossiers d’approvisionnement liés à des fournisseurs et projets d’affaires, gère la relation d’affaires avec les fournisseurs, le processus d’appels de propositions (RFP) et l’octroi des contrats en fonction des demandes de l’organisation, des activités de projet, des besoins opérationnels et des processus établis. Il/elle assure le suivi des besoins auprès des clients internes tout en créant de la valeur pour l’entreprise.

Responsabilités clés

  • Gérer la relation d’affaires avec les fournisseurs actuels et futurs qui lui sont assignés ainsi que les besoins (produits et/ou services) de l’organisation;
  • Exécuter les activités d’approvisionnement pour ses catégories;
  • Diriger ou participer au processus d’appels de propositions, à la négociation d’ententes et de résolution de litiges aux meilleures conditions possibles dans les délais requis par l’organisation. Générer de la valeur pour l’organisation (économies, coûts évités, etc.);
  • Préparer la documentation pour les comités exécutifs ou comités de sélection pour l’octroi de contrats et selon les niveaux d’approbation;
  • Établir un lien avec les principaux requérants;
  • Représenter le département lors des rencontres multidisciplinaires liées aux différents projets qui lui sont assignés;
  • Chercher de nouveaux produits (et/ou services), des produits (et/ou services) équivalents et de nouveaux fournisseurs;
  • Collaborer avec les requérants afin de bien cerner leurs besoins d’affaires et préparer des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) pour sa catégorie d’achat en lien avec ses objectifs;
  • Collaborer à l’établissement des modèles de coût total de possession avec le soutien des experts internes;
  • Assumer toutes autres tâches connexes, s’assimilant aux principales caractéristiques mentionnées à la présente description.

Formation académique

  • Baccalauréat en administration ou dans une discipline connexe.

Expérience de travail

  • Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en approvisionnement;
  • Posséder une très bonne compréhension du langage contractuel;
  • Posséder une expérience du secteur des télécommunications, particulièrement de la câblodistribution, est un atout.

Compétences particulières

  • Bonnes aptitudes pour le travail en équipe et des habiletés démontrées en relations interpersonnelles;
  • Axé sur le service client;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression avec plusieurs livrables simultanément;
  • Être autonome et structuré;
  • Très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Le candidat doit pouvoir communiquer en anglais avec des fournisseurs d’autres provinces du Canada ou des fournisseurs américains;
  • Très bonne capacité à communiquer efficacement ses idées;
  • Bonnes connaissances des logiciels Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, MS Project) et la connaissance du système de gestion financière Oracle (modules achats et inventaires) serait un atout très important.
