Cogeco Média est présentement à la recherche d’un.e conseiller.ère publicitaire pour son équipe des ventes locales Montréal.

Sous la direction du directeur des ventes locales, la personne choisie devra assumer les responsabilités suivantes :

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Responsable du développement d'un portefeuille de nos produits numériques;
  • Vendre du temps d’antenne et des concepts radio à des clients locaux et/ou via des agences publicitaires;
  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients;
  • Préparez les plans médias et élaborez les stratégies de renouvellement en fonction des connaissances clients;
  • Suivre les développements du marché et y maintenir une forte présence afin de saisir toutes les opportunités et de maximiser les ventes;
  • Maintenir et optimiser les relations d’affaires avec la clientèle actuelle;
  • Assurer un suivi du cycle de vente;
  • Établir de nouvelles relations d'affaires (Développement des affaires);
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes d’animation des stations représentées;
  • Négocier des ententes annuelles avec les clients directs et les agences;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes et développer des solutions publicitaires personnalisées, multiplateformes et créatives;

HABILETÉS ET COMPÉTENCES:

  • Joueur et joueuse d’équipe !
  • Excellentes connaissances en ventes numériques;
  • Expérience en représentation des ventes (minimum 3 ans);
  • Connaissance générale des médias locaux;
  • Engagé, stratégique et axé sur les résultats;
  • Habileté en négociation et en développement des affaires;
  • La connaissance du domaine des médias est un atout;
  • Formations connexes au domaine (un atout);
  • Excellent français à l’oral et à l’écrit.
