  • We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients, identify their technology needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. Your proactive approach will drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to our company’s growth through consultative selling and effective communication. Responsibilities --Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact and personalized service. --Understand clients’ business goals and technology requirements to recommend appropriate solutions. --Lead negotiations to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction. --Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads. --Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities. --Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support client onboarding processes. --Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to provide expert advice. Requirements --Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales within a B2B environment. --Strong negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and customer satisfaction. --Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot is a plus. --Familiarity with sales technology adoption, sales automation technologies, and call center operations. --Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. --Background in technology sales or technical sales experience preferred; knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is essential. --Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and client communication strategies.
