職務概要

プロダクトの事業拡大フェーズに伴い、既存顧客のエンゲージメント最大化を担う「カスタマーサクセス オペレーション/ カスタマーマーケティング」ポジションを募集します。

本ポジションは、CSチームが顧客支援に注力できるよう、データ分析やツールを活用して業務プロセスを最適化する「CS Ops」の役割と、1対Nのアプローチ（テックタッチ）で既存顧客の活用促進・アップセルを牽引する「カスタマーマーケティング」の役割を担います。

職務詳細

＜CS Ops業務＞

  • データ基盤・ヘルススコアの構築・運用：CRM（HubSpotなど）やプロダクトの利用データを分析し、顧客のヘルススコアの定義やモニタリング環境（ダッシュボード等）を構築。
  • プロセス改善と自動化：オンボーディングや契約更新（リニューアル）プロセスの課題を特定し、テクノロジーを用いて業務の効率化・自動化を推進。
  • CSMのイネーブルメント：現場のCSMが利用するプレイブックの策定、ツールの導入・運用管理、ナレッジの体系化を通じた生産性向上支援。

＜カスタマーマーケティング業務＞

  • テックタッチ施策の企画・実行：既存顧客に向けたメール、ニュースレター、活用ガイドなどのコンテンツ企画・配信（MAツールの運用）。
  • ユーザーイベント・ウェビナーの開催：プロダクトの活用促進やベストプラクティス共有を目的とした、既存顧客向けウェビナーやユーザーコミュニティの企画・運営。
  • NPSなどの顧客アンケート調査の企画・集計・分析

必要な資格やスキル

<必須条件＞

  • BtoB IT/ソフトウェア/SaaS業界における、カスタマーサクセス、マーケティング、またはセールス・事業企画いずれかの実務経験（2年以上）
  • CRMツールやMAツール（HubSpot、Salesforceなど）の運用・活用経験
  • 複数の関係者（CSM、開発、営業など）を巻き込み、プロジェクトを前進させる推進力とコミュニケーション能力
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力

<歓迎条件＞

  • CS Ops（カスタマーサクセス・オペレーション）またはカスタマーマーケティングの実務経験
  • ウェビナーやユーザーコミュニティ、イベント等の企画・運営・登壇経験
  • データに基づいて課題を特定し、論理的かつ戦略的に施策を立案・実行できる能力
  • SQLやBIツールを用いたデータ抽出・分析の経験
  • 英語に抵抗がない方

労働条件/処遇等:

  • 雇用形態： 正社員(フルタイム)
  • 勤務地 : 東京港区 (転勤なし)
  • 業務変更の範囲 : 会社の定める業務
  • 雇用期間 : 期間の定め無し
  • 試用期間 : 3か月
  • 給与 : 年収 : 420万円～600万円
  • 詳細：月次給：308,335円～441,668円 基本給 228,132円＋固定残業代 [45時間分] 80,203円 ～ 基本給 326,783円＋固定残業代 [45時間分] 114,885円 ※45時間を超える時間外労働分については、別途割増賃金を支給します ※基本給は経験・能力に応じ決定いたします ※交通費別途支給
  • 業績によるボーナスの支給（年2回）
  • ストックオプション

就業時間・休日等:

  • 就業時間 - 基本就業時間 9:00 -18:00 休憩時間 - 12:00-13:00 （60 分）
  • 休日 - 土日祝日、年末年始休暇
  • 有給休暇 - 最大年に20日付与 (別途、慶弔休暇あり)
