O Assistente de PCM Jr. é responsável por auxiliar no controle e planejamento da manutenção de equipamentos e máquinas, visando garantir a disponibilidade e eficiência dos mesmos. Este profissional atua de forma operacional, sob supervisão, realizando atividades de suporte ao Planejador de Manutenção, orçamentos e validação dos serviços concluídos. É um cargo de nível júnior, ideal para quem está iniciando a carreira na área de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção.

  • Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com a equipe de manutenção e demais setores da empresa.
  • Contribuir com a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de manutenção.
  • Realizar a análise de indicadores de desempenho da manutenção, auxiliando na identificação de tendências e pontos de atenção.
  • Seguir as normas de segurança e procedimentos internos da empresa, visando garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável.
  • Elaborar orçamentos de peças e serviços, considerando as especificações técnicas, os custos envolvidos e as necessidades dos clientes.
  • Realizar a revisão e conferência das propostas orçamentárias, verificando valores, quantidades, descrições e informações técnicas.
  • Realizar o levantamento e acompanhamento dos processos em aberto, identificando pendências e garantindo o devido encaminhamento.
  • Apoiar o controle e a atualização das informações relacionadas aos orçamentos e serviços em andamento.
  • Acompanhar e validar os serviços finalizados, verificando se as atividades executadas estão de acordo com o escopo aprovado.
  • Conferir os aplicativos dos serviços realizados, assegurando a consistência dos registos e das informações técnicas.
  • Elaborar e enviar relatórios fotográficos aos clientes, documentando os serviços executados e os resultados obtidos.
