Treasury Specialist ## Summary We are seeking a motivated Treasury Specialist to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage essential financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and transaction processing. This position is critical for maintaining the financial stability of our clients and supporting high-volume operational efficiency within the BPO sector. ## Responsibilities * Execute daily cash positioning and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy. * Monitor and forecast short-term liquidity requirements to optimize working capital. * Process high-volume financial transactions, including payments, collections, and wire transfers. * Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth operations. * Maintain up-to-date records of all treasury activities in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. * Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. ## Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in treasury, finance, or a related BPO environment. * Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking procedures, and cash management principles. * Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet applications. * Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. * Strong communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
