Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management (50%)

  • People Management: Direct, mentor, and coach a regional team of ADRs across Korea, Japan, China, and India to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, pipeline reviews, and call/email coaching sessions to upskill the team on regional ABM strategies.
  • AI & Tech Stack Governance: Oversee the team’s usage of AI automation tools and intent platforms; ensure regional compliance with data logging and CRM integrity.
  • Regional Calibration: Tailor outbound strategies to respect localized business etiquette and purchasing workflows across diverse Asian markets.

Individual Contribution & Execution (50%)

  • KPI Contribution: Execute localized outbound campaigns
  • ABM Outbound Strategy: Execute highly tailored multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, social selling) targeting tier-one accounts within your assigned patch.
  • On-Site Seminar Support: Drive attendance for regional on-site seminars by targeting local corporate accounts and partnering with field teams.
  • Account Mapping: Research complex industrial hierarchies to pinpoint key decision-makers (Plant Managers, Automation Engineers, Maintenance Directors).

Essential Functions & Technical Alignment

  • AI & Automation Agent Management: Supervise, review, and optimize automated outbound/inbound digital agents; tweak sequences and manage intent-trigger responses.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Maintain a tight collaboration cadence with Field Sales Directors and Account Engineers to align on target accounts and regional priorities.
  • Intent-Driven Prospecting: Utilize intent intelligence platforms to identify accounts showing active buying signals and deploy rapid-response outreach.
  • Technical Product Expertise: Maintain domain knowledge of Cognex machine vision systems, AI software, industrial sensors, and barcode reading solutions to effectively qualify customer applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance and impact will be measured across the following core metrics (with individual targets scaled to a 50% player-coach level):

  • Target Account Engagement: Number of net-new relevant contacts and qualified meetings secured within designated target ABM accounts.
  • New Target Account Acquisition: Success rate in penetrating and opening previously unengaged priority target accounts.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Total dollar value of qualified sales pipelines generated through outbound efforts and optimized automation sequences.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Location & Travel: Must be based in the ASEAN region, with a strong preference for Thailand. The ability to travel quarterly across the assigned territory is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales/account development experience in technology, industrial automation, or a related field, with 2+ years in a senior, team lead, or management capacity.
  • Regional Capability: Proven experience managing or working across highly matrixed Asian markets (Korea, Japan, China, India).
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a strong asset.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (CRM, intent intelligence platforms, and AI-driven sequence automation).
