  • Lead the Israeli statutory reporting and audit processes and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel and other professional advisors.
  • Partner closely with Global Accounting, Business Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal and other stakeholders on business and finance matters.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate accounting, operational and financial information and working closely with Business Finance.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate finance processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual work while maintaining appropriate controls.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the speed and quality of the financial close, including improved processes, systems, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Lead and support cross-functional and global Finance projects, including implementation and optimization of financial systems, tools and processes.
  • Develop the capabilities of the Finance team through coaching, knowledge sharing, succession planning and professional development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
