Provide exceptional customer service, appointment coordination, reception, and administrative support across Oral Health, Medical and Allied Health services. Please refer to the Position Description to know more about the role. Your duties include:
Assist clients answering enquiries, receiving and accounting for all patients presenting to the service, in a respectful and courteous manner Participate in triage processes, proactively optimising the use of the clinician’s time and ensuring appointments books are at capacity Manage client records, maintain electronic files and all relevant correspondence Undertake clinic finance responsibilities, including Medicare billing, account reconciliation, and follow ups

Our ideal candidate:
Experience with face-to-face customer service Basic understanding of accounting systems and procedures such as accounts payable and receivable Demonstrated experience and skills with standard computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experienced medical receptionist or similar qualification or demonstrated experience within general practice/community health service (or similar) setting
