Misión del Cargo:

Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes mediante la atención personalizada, identificación de oportunidades comerciales y elaboración de cotizaciones de productos publicitarios, material POP, promocionales e impresiones, garantizando un servicio eficiente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas de la empresa.

Funciones Generales del Cargo:

  • Prospectar, captar y desarrollar nuevos clientes, así como mantener y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales.
  • Elaborar, gestionar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones de material POP, artículos promocionales, impresiones digitales, productos publicitarios y otros productos relacionados de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Dar seguimiento oportuno a las cotizaciones enviadas, negociar condiciones comerciales y gestionar el cierre de ventas.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre productos, materiales, formatos, opciones de impresión y soluciones publicitarias según sus necesidades y presupuesto.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Diseño, Producción y Administración la disponibilidad de materiales, especificaciones técnicas, tiempos de entrega y cumplimiento de los pedidos.
  • Verificar que los productos solicitados cumplan con las especificaciones aprobadas por el cliente.
  • Verificar el avance de los trabajos solicitados y mantener informado al cliente sobre el estado de su pedido y fecha de entrega.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes, el registro de cotizaciones y el control de oportunidades comerciales.
  • Dar seguimiento a los pagos pendientes de sus clientes y coordinar con el área de contabilidad las gestiones correspondientes.
  • Elaborar reportes de visitas, cotizaciones, ventas, oportunidades de negocios y seguimiento de clientes.
  • Cumplir con las metas de ventas y desarrollar estrategias para incrementar la cartera de clientes. Otras asignaciones que se requieran o demanden:
  • Perfil del Puesto
  • Edad: Mayor de 30 años
  • Sexo: Hombre o Mujer
  • Formación académica: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: +2 años en ventas, gestión de cuentas o atención comercial a empresas.
  • Idiomas: Español

Conocimiento:

  • Conocimiento en elaboración y manejo de cotizaciones de material POP, artículos promocionales, impresiones y productos publicitarios.
  • Conocimiento básico de materiales, acabados, medidas, cantidades y especificaciones para la cotización de productos impresos.
  • Habilidad para cerrar tratos y gestionar contratos.
  • Analizar datos y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Ventas, atención al cliente o gestión de cuentas.
  • MS Office.
