Job Description

Werden Sie Teil unseres Fertigungsteams und starten Sie Ihre Karriere in der Welt modernster Lasertechnologie. In einer hochpräzisen Reinraumumgebung lernen Sie, komplexe Lasersysteme und optomechanische Komponenten zu montieren, zu justieren und zu prüfen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.

Vorkenntnisse in der Lasertechnologie sind nicht erforderlich. Die Position eignet sich für Berufseinsteigerinnen und Berufseinsteiger, Absolventinnen und Absolventen technischer Ausbildungen sowie Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger mit praktischem Geschick. Wenn Sie gerne sorgfältig und praktisch arbeiten und motiviert sind, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung. Eine umfassende Einarbeitung und Schulung wird gewährleistet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einarbeitung in die Montage hochpräziser optomechanischer Komponenten
  • Justieren und Einstellen von Lasersystemen mit Unterstützung erfahrener Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Arbeiten nach klaren Arbeitsanweisungen und technischen Prozessen
  • Anwenden spezieller Mess- und Prüfmittel nach entsprechender Schulung
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit und der erzielten Ergebnisse
  • Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs- und 5S-Aktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Präzisionsstandards
