Wir suchen einen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit mechanischen Kenntnissen, welcher im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zunächst befristet zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eingesetzt werden soll.

Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und Reinigung der benötigten Vorprodukte
  • Montage sowie Korrektur und Reparatur von mechanischen und elektrischen Baugruppen
  • Durchführung von Justagen, Prüfungen und Messungen inklusive Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Überwachung der Qualität der Baugruppen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten Betriebs- und Messmittel sowie Überwachung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Einsatz im Reinraum (RR) unter Einhaltung der entsprechenden Vorschriften und Arbeitsbedingungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung im technischen Bereich (z. B. Feinwerkmechaniker/in, Mechaniker/in, Mechatroniker/in oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der Montage mechanischer und elektrischer Baugruppen sowie im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprozessen in der Produktion
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
