The 2027 Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (“Coke Florida”) Summer Internship Program is a full-time 11-week program beginning May 17th and ending July 30th. The program is open to juniors and seniors enrolled in a collegiate undergraduate program or any students enrolled in a collegiate graduate program. Interns will receive coaching from experienced mentors, be exposed to practical work experience, and participate in impactful projects. For Summer 2027, Coke Florida is seeking interns within the following focus areas: Field Operations (Central Region/Orlando) Preferred Majors: Sales, Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data analytics, or other related business disciplines Expected Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability and willingness to work across different areas of the business, relationship building and interpersonal skills, problem solving, execution, initiative and willingness to learn, basic analytical and data interpretation skill, and executive-level project communications. This role will work out of our Winter Haven office. Role Responsibilities
Gain hands on experience within one or more areas of field operations based on current business needs and internship placement
Support daily operations within assigned functions such as sales, manufacturing, distribution, merchandising, customer operations, or business development
Work alongside field leaders and frontline employees to understand operational processes and business performance
Assist with projects focused on improving efficiency, productivity, customer service, sales performance, or operational execution
Analyze operational data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Support the execution of company initiatives, processes, and performance goals within the assigned market or department
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand how different areas of the business work together
Gain exposure to customer and account management by supporting a specific customer, territory, or market when applicable
Participate in field visits, facility operations, customer meetings, or other hands on experiences relevant to the assigned rotation
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and develop practical recommendations
Complete an internship project addressing a real business opportunity or challenge; findings presented to executive leadership team
Participate in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities throughout the internship
Role Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in a related discipline and possess a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Self-starter who is flexible and has a strong drive for results.
Prior food/beverage industry experience a plus.
Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Proficient computer application skills.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without work authorization sponsorship.
