The 2027 Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (“Coke Florida”) Summer Internship Program is a full-time 11-week program beginning May 17th and ending July 30th. The program is open to juniors and seniors enrolled in a collegiate undergraduate program or any students enrolled in a collegiate graduate program. Interns will receive coaching from experienced mentors, be exposed to practical work experience, and participate in impactful projects. For Summer 2027, Coke Florida is seeking interns within the following focus areas: IT PMO and Change Management. Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science. Expected Skills: Problem solving, coordinating, execution, project planning, stakeholder meeting planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and executive-level project communications. Additional Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to track actions, deadlines, risks, and follow-up items. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Willingness to learn Project Management and Change Management methods, tools, and best practices.
This intern role will work out of our Tampa Headquarters office. Role Responsibilities
Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area. Interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value. Analyze various business processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in a related discipline and possess a minimum 3.0 GPA. Self-starter who is flexible and has a strong drive for results. Prior food/beverage industry experience a plus. Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and strong project management skills. Proficient computer application skills. Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines. Eligible to work in the U.S. without work authorization sponsorship.
