Agora que já conhece mais o Maru, venha fazer parte do nosso time de talentos 💚📚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderança e desenvolvimento de equipes: liderar, formar, acompanhar e avaliar o corpo docente e a equipe de assistência pedagógica, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional, a formação continuada, a observação das práticas pedagógicas e as devolutivas formativas.Acompanhamento da aprendizagem: acompanhar o desenvolvimento e a aprendizagem dos estudantes, analisando indicadores de desempenho, avaliações internas e externas, frequência e rendimento, propondo estratégias de intervenção e melhoria contínua.Relacionamento com estudantes e famílias: promover uma comunicação próxima e acolhedora com estudantes e famílias, fortalecendo a parceria escola-família e a mediação de conflitos.Acompanhamento individualizado e inclusão: articular, em conjunto com a Orientação Educacional, professores, famílias e profissionais especializados, estratégias de acompanhamento dos estudantes, considerando as necessidades individuais e os princípios da educação inclusiva.Gestão das rotinas pedagógicas e documentação: organizar e monitorar as rotinas pedagógicas, os registros, os prazos e a documentação escolar, assegurando o cumprimento do calendário, da matriz curricular, do regimento e da legislação educacional vigente.Matrículas, retenção e resultados da unidade: participar ativamente das estratégias de matrícula, rematrícula, retenção e prevenção da evasão escolar, contribuindo para a satisfação das famílias, a fidelização dos estudantes e os resultados da unidade.Gestão institucional e sustentabilidade: atuar de forma integrada com a direção e as áreas administrativa, financeira e de marketing, contribuindo para o planejamento orçamentário, a otimização de processos e recursos e a implementação de projetos e soluções educacionais alinhados à proposta pedagógica e à sustentabilidade da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Pedagogia e/ou licenciatura em áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior em coordenação pedagógica nos segmentos de Ensino Fundamental – Anos Finais (EFAF) e Ensino Médio.Experiência em gestão, liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes, especialmente do corpo docente.Conhecimento de metodologias de alfabetização e letramento.Familiaridade com a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), o contraturno pedagógico e a documentação escolar, incluindo históricos, calendário, matriz curricular, Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) e regimento interno.Conhecimento da legislação educacional vigente.Conhecimento em educação inclusiva e teorias de ensino sociointeracionistas.

DiferenciaisExperiência com educação bilíngue e produtos educacionais bilíngues.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas.
