O que você fará

  • Planejar e executar campanhas de marketing institucional, matrícula e rematrícula.
  • Gerenciar as redes sociais e os canais oficiais de comunicação do colégio.
  • Elaborar o calendário editorial e produzir conteúdos para os canais digitais e materiais institucionais.
  • Planejar, organizar e acompanhar eventos escolares, pedagógicos, culturais e institucionais.
  • Garantir a padronização da identidade visual e da comunicação institucional.
  • Acompanhar indicadores, métricas e resultados das campanhas, propondo melhorias.
  • Realizar registros fotográficos e audiovisuais das atividades e eventos escolares.
  • Acompanhar fornecedores, orçamentos e cronogramas de campanhas e eventos.
  • Desenvolver ações de relacionamento e engajamento com famílias e comunidade escolar.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a Direção, coordenações, RH e demais setores da instituição.

O que buscamos

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em marketing, comunicação, eventos, mídias sociais ou campanhas institucionais.
  • Conhecimento em planejamento de campanhas e gestão de redes sociais.
  • Boa escrita, comunicação e produção de conteúdo.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas digitais, especialmente Canva, CapCut e Meta Business.
  • Organização, criatividade, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de administrar demandas simultâneas e cumprir prazos.
  • Habilidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em instituições de ensino.
  • Pós-graduação em Marketing Digital, Branding, Comunicação ou Gestão de Eventos.
  • Conhecimento em tráfego pago, Meta Ads e Google Ads.
  • Experiência com fotografia, edição de vídeos e análise de métricas.
  • Conhecimento em campanhas de matrícula e rematrícula.
