VODITELJ NABAVE (m/ž)

Mjesto rada: Varaždin

Ključne odgovornosti uključuju:

  • Razvoj i provedbu strategije nabave za društva Colas u Hrvatskoj i Sloveniji.
  • Vođenje Odjela nabave, određivanje prioriteta i razvoj tima.
  • Upravljanje ključnim kategorijama nabave, tržištima dobavljača te odnosima sa strateškim dobavljačima i podizvođačima.
  • Ostvarivanje ciljeva ušteda, rabata i drugih pokazatelja uspješnosti nabave.
  • Praćenje ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti nabave i pripremu redovitih izvještaja o rezultatima.
  • Implementaciju nabavnih ugovora, inicijativa i programa Colas Grupe u suradnji s regionalnim i korporativnim timovima.
  • Prepoznavanje i provedbu lokalnih, regionalnih i Grupnih sinergija u nabavi.
  • Unapređenje učinkovitosti nabave, upravljanja rizicima i optimizacije procesa.
  • Suradnju s Operativom, Financijama i drugim funkcijama pri donošenju ključnih nabavnih i ugovornih odluka.

Ako...

  • Imate visoku stručnu spremu ekonomskog, tehničkog ili drugog odgovarajućeg usmjerenja.
  • Imate najmanje pet godina radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima.
  • Imate iskustvo u pregovorima, upravljanju kategorijama nabave i odnosima s dobavljačima.
  • Imate iskustvo u vođenju i razvoju timova.
  • Aktivno se služite engleskim jezikom u govoru i pismu.
  • Napredno se služite MS Office paketom i imate iskustvo rada u ERP sustavima.
  • Posjedujete važeću vozačku dozvolu B kategorije.
  • Poslovno ste orijentirani, analitični i proaktivni te sposobni utjecati na različite dionike i ostvarivati mjerljive rezultate u matričnoj organizaciji.
