Det innebär att du som konsult hos oss inte bara levererar i uppdrag, utan också är med och påverkar hur vi utvecklar vårt erbjudande, hur vi jobbar mot kund och vad vi faktiskt säljer framåt.

Om rollen:

Gillar du när styrning faktiskt funkar i verkligheten, inte bara i policydokument? Coligo söker en senior konsult inom Compliance och Microsoft Purview som vill ta en tydligt rådgivande roll – både i kunduppdrag och i hur vi utvecklar vår affär.

Du kommer jobba i uppdrag där informationssäkerhet och compliance är affärskritiska, men också vara med och forma hur vi jobbar med dessa områden framåt – från enstaka leveranser till mer sammanhängande, värdebaserade initiativ.

Du rör dig tryggt mellan strategi, teknik och förändringsledning, och kan förklara “varför” lika bra som “hur”.

Ansvarsområden:

  • Rådgivning och implementation inom Microsoft Purview – från baseline till mer avancerad styrning
  • Arbeta med Information Protection, DLP, Data Lifecycle Management och eDiscovery
  • Hjälpa kunder att skapa governance som faktiskt används och skapar värde
  • Driva dialoger med både IT, säkerhet och verksamhet – ibland även på C‑nivå
  • Bidra till att utveckla Coligos erbjudande inom compliance och informationssäkerhet

Kvalifikationer:

  • Flerårig, hands‑on erfarenhet av Microsoft Purview och Compliance i Microsoft 365
  • God förståelse för informationssäkerhet, risk och efterlevnad – och hur det omsätts i praktiken
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en rådgivande roll, där du driver dialoger med kund och hjälper dem att fatta beslut
  • Förmåga att röra dig mellan teknik, verksamhet och strategi beroende på situation
  • Konsultmässig och självgående – du tar ansvar för dina uppdrag och driver arbetet framåt
  • Vana att arbeta i komplexa organisationer med många intressenter

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med CIO/CISO eller andra beslutsfattare
  • Erfarenhet av förändringsledning eller införande i större organisationer
  • Certifieringar inom Microsoft Security/Compliance
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav
  • Kan du börja med kort varsel är det en klar USP.
