Notre établissement :

Située dans un village calme et verdoyant, notre EHPAD à taille humaine apporte sérénité et bien-être. L’établissement accueille en chambre individuelle avec balcon 40 résidents, dont 12 en unité de vie protégée. Notre équipe, jeune et dynamique, met tout en œuvre pour que vieillir rime avec plaisir. Toute l’équipe de notre Ehpad Le Haut de Tichemont est mobilisée pour assurer au quotidien votre confort et votre sécurité. Nous restons à l’écoute de vos attentes et de vos besoins pour que vous puissiez profiter au mieux de la qualité de l’accompagnement qu’offre notre résidence à Giraumont.

Description du poste

Votre quotidien chez nous :

Véritable bras droit du directeur.trice, vous aurez pour principal objectif d'assurer la gestion opérationnelle de la structure:

  • Superviser la gestion administrative, financière et humaine de l'établissement : gestion du personnel, des absences, éléments de paie…
  • Garantir un climat favorable à la cohésion d'équipe en appliquant la politique managériale établie en collaboration avec le directeur.trice
  • Veiller au bien-être des résidents et être garant.e de la qualité de service fourni au sein de l'établissement
  • Collaborer à la mise en place du PAP avec les équipes de soins
  • Assurer ponctuellement la direction de l'établissement en cas d'absence du directeur.rice

Veiller au respect des budgets établis, entretenir les relations avec les familles et développer le réseau extérieur qui vous permettra d'assurer la pérennité de l'établissement.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans le secteur médico-social, avez une première expérience de management terrain et êtes capable de fédérer une équipe.

Si vous avez à cœur d'assurer le bien-être des résidents, nous recherchons une personne avec de vraies qualités humaines, qui saura véhiculer nos valeurs CORE (Cohésion, Respect, Engagement) !
