Notre établissement :

La résidence La Combe Saint Victor, située à 6km de Dijon, à Neuilly-Crimolois, accueille 68 résidents dans un cadre verdoyant et familial. Elle est dotée notamment d'un PASA et d'un espace multi-sensoriel, d’une balnéothérapie et d’une salle de cinéma. Des équipements techniques sont mis à votre disposition pour vous aider dans votre quotidien ainsi qu'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

Votre quotidien chez nous :

Membre incontournable de l'équipe de soin, en tant qu'Aide-soignant(e) diplômé(e), vous aurez pour objectif principal l'accompagnement des résidents au quotidien. Dans ce cadre :

  • Vous assurez les activités quotidiennes de lever, d'hygiène, de confort, vous êtes aussi une aide lors de la prise de repas et au moment du coucher ;
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration et au respect des plans de soins des résidents en collaboration avec l'IDEC et l'ensemble de l'équipe de soin ;
  • Vous participez à la mise en place et à l'accompagnement des Projets d'accompagnement personnalisé des résidents ;
  • Vous compensez le manque d'autonomie des résidents, leur offrez un soutien permanent mais faites-en sorte de favoriser l'indépendance de leurs gestes grâce à la méthode Montessori
  • Vous participez à l'organisation et au déroulement des activités du Projet d'Etablissement ;
  • Vous partagez des moments de vie avec les résidents et restez attentif à la modification de leur comportement afin d'en informer le reste des équipes et s'y adapter pour favoriser le bien-être des résidents.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme d'Etat d'Aide-Soignant ou Auxiliaire de vie
  • Première expérience en EHPAD idéalement

Informations complémentaires :

  • Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
  • Salaire : selon expérience et ancienneté sur justificatifs + Ségur
  • Horaires : De jour en temps complet (35h)
  • Travail 1 week-end sur 4 et 1 week-end sur 2 selon le planning annuel
  • Amplitude de 12h de travail avec 2h de pause dans la journée
  • Environnement dynamique et travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire avec notamment 8 AS/jour pour 68 résidents
  • CSE : carte swile et cartes cadeaux en fin d'année notamment
  • Des perspectives de carrière et des formations pour vous révéler
  • Une salle de pause et la possibilité de manger sur place, avec participation de l'employeur aux repas des salariés
