La Clinique Ambroise Paré de Bondy est un établissement de Soins Médicaux et de Réadaptation (SMR) situé à Bondy. Elle appartient au Groupe Colisée. Nos équipes accompagnent chaque jour des patients en réadaptation, avec une exigence de qualité des soins et de bientraitance.

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) RH pour renforcer notre service des ressources humaines, sous contrat à durée déterminée de 3 mois, à temps complet.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l’établissement, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble de la gestion administrative du personnel :

Administration du personnel

  • Préparation et suivi des contrats de travail (CDI, CDD, avenants), notamment les nombreux contrats de remplacement propres au secteur sanitaire
  • Gestion des entrées et sorties : DPAE, dossiers administratifs, documents de fin de contrat
  • Tenue et mise à jour des dossiers du personnel et du registre unique du personnel
  • Suivi des visites médicales auprès du service de santé au travail

Paie et temps de travail

  • Collecte et contrôle des éléments variables de paie (absences, heures supplémentaires, primes, astreintes)
  • Suivi des plannings et des absences en lien avec les managers
  • Interface avec le service paie du Groupe

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+2 minimum en gestion des ressources humaines ou assistanat RH
  • Une première expérience sur un poste similaire est souhaitée ; une connaissance du secteur sanitaire ou médico-social et de la CCN FHP serait un plus
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel en particulier) ; la connaissance d’un logiciel SIRH (idéalement Smart RH) ou de gestion des temps serait appréciée
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens de la confidentialité
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler avec des équipes soignantes
  • Réactivité et capacité à gérer les priorités
