Votre poste

Vous rejoignez l’équipe formation, au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, au siège à Bordeaux. Il s’agit d’un renfort sur la période de fin d’année. Vous êtes garant(e) de la gestion administrative et financière des actions de formation, en particulier du financement OPCO, de la demande de prise en charge jusqu’au remboursement.

Relations OPCO et financement

  • Monter et déposer les demandes de prise en charge auprès de l’OPCO, selon les dispositifs mobilisés.
  • Suivre les accords de prise en charge, relancer les dossiers en attente et traiter les refus ou les ajustements de montants.
  • Constituer les demandes de remboursement avec l’ensemble des justificatifs (certificats de réalisation, émargements, factures), puis suivre les versements jusqu’à leur encaissement.
  • Tenir à jour le tableau de suivi des financements (accordé, facturé, remboursé) et identifier les écarts.

Suivi financier

  • Aider au contrôle des factures des prestataires avant validation.
  • Aider au suivi des engagements budgétaires et à la réalisation des rapprochements avec le service comptable.
  • Produire un reporting régulier sur l’état des dossiers de financement et les montants restant à percevoir.

Qualifications

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+2/3 en gestion, RH ou assistanat, ou vous justifiez d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez une expérience réussie en gestion administrative et financière de la formation, en entreprise, en organisme de formation ou en OPCO.
  • Vous maîtrisez les circuits de financement OPCO : prise en charge, subrogation, demandes de remboursement.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), à l’aise avec les chiffres et avec Excel (tableaux de suivi, rapprochements).
  • Vous êtes disponible rapidement et opérationnel(le) dès votre arrivée.
