La Résidence Le Pardigaou, EHPAD situé au Pradet, à deux pas de la mer, recrute un(e) Infirmier(ère) Diplômé(e) d’État en CDD pour rejoindre son équipe engagée et bienveillante dans le cadre d'un remplacement.

Notre établissement accueille 80 résidents, dont 14 en Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP), dans un environnement chaleureux, sécurisé et axé sur le respect de la personne âgée. Nous mettons l’accent sur la qualité de vie au travail et la collaboration entre les professionnels.

Description du poste

En rejoignant notre équipe, attendez vous à :

  • des journées nouvelles et sans routine aux côtés des résidents et des autres membres de l'équipe,
  • des perspectives de carrière et des formations pour vous révéler,
  • un contrat de 35 heures à durée déterminée à compter du 10 novembre 2026
  • 1 week-end travaillé sur 2

Vous êtes infirmier H/F diplômé et passionné.

  • Vous réalisez les diagnostics, soins infirmiers et activités thérapeutiques adaptés aux résidents en respectant les protocoles de soin et d’hygiène.
  • Vous êtes le relais des médecins pour les soins et coordonnez les auxiliaires médicaux (psychologue, aides-soignants…).
  • Vous participez à l’établissement du projet de soin individualisé avec l’IDEC et le médecin coordonnateur.
  • Vous partagez des moments complices avec eux, grâce à votre sourire, votre patience, votre bonne humeur et votre oreille attentive.
