Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofd Servicemonteur ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt binnen de serviceorganisatie. Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexe storingen, denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Oplossen van complexe mechanische, elektrotechnische en regeltechnische storingen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan servicemonteurs in het veld.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken en collega's begeleiden bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Bevindingen uit de praktijk terugkoppelen aan de technische organisatie om producten en processen verder te verbeteren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als servicemonteur binnen de installatietechniek, cv-installaties, koeltechniek of warmtepompen.
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Installatietechniek of Elektrotechniek.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en krijgt energie van complexe technische uitdagingen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om collega's verder te helpen en jouw kennis te delen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.,
