Het uitwerken en opvolgen van een meerjarenvisie op ICT en digitale transformatie in een onderwijscontext.

Je geeft leiding en richting aan een team van medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van de dienst.

Het identificeren, testen en implementeren van innovatieve toepassingen, waaronder artificiële intelligentie.

Het onderzoeken van mogelijkheden tot automatisering en optimalisatie van administratieve processen.

Het bewaken van cybersecurity, gegevensbescherming, digitale continuïteit en verantwoord AI-gebruik.

Het beheren en coördineren van ICT-infrastructuur, software, leveranciers, budgetten en investeringsprojecten.

Het begeleiden van directies en medewerkers bij de invoering van nieuwe digitale toepassingen.

Het opvolgen van technologische ontwikkelingen en het vertalen ervan naar concrete voorstellen voor het schoolbestuur.

De kandidaat combineert strategisch inzicht met voldoende technische kennis, projectmatige daadkracht en het vermogen om medewerkers mee te nemen in verandering.

De kandidaat beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de informatica, toegepaste informatica, computerwetenschappen, informatiemanagement, bedrijfsinformatica, industriële wetenschappen of een andere relevante richting.

Ook kandidaten met een ander diploma kunnen in aanmerking komen wanneer zij aantoonbaar beschikken over gelijkwaardige competenties en relevante ervaring op het vlak van ICT-beleid, digitale transformatie, projectmanagement en innovatie.

Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en realiseren van digitaliseringsprojecten, het implementeren van AI-toepassingen en het begeleiden van organisatieverandering strekt tot aanbeveling.

Het bezitten van een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs is een meerwaarde.
